Diaper rash is a common challenge, and doTERRA has created a gentle formula for keeping your baby’s skin healthy.

  • Non-nano Zinc Oxide creates a moisture barrier help stop rash before it starts
  • Raw East African Muyao Shea Butter contains unique fatty acids and gently supports healthy skin
  • CPTG essential oils of Lavender, Carrot Seed, and Tea Tree (Melalueca)
  • Clinically tested and approved for sensitive skin

What is “Non-nano Zinc Oxide”?

To give you an idea of how small nanometers are, make a dot on a piece of paper. That small dot is going to be around 1 million nanometers wide!

Any particle smaller than 100 nanometers total is considered a nanoparticle, and when developing products for the skin, like sunscreen, or in this case diaper rash cream, nanoparticles just aren’t as helpful. The reason for this is nanoparticles get absorbed into the skin much more easily, instead of staying on the surface where they will do the most good.

So by formulating the cream with larger particles, the zinc oxide has a better chance of staying on the surface of the skin and providing a helpful moisture blocking effect that prevents rashes before they begin.
